*My newest Finishes*

I love Cross stitching! In my spare time in the evening
I pick up the needle and thread and stitch along...so relaxing!

I made this pillow from a pattern called
*Love & Be Loved*
by With thy Needle and Thread...
I altered it a little bit...I'm going to make this one into a little pillow...for the back
I will use stained olive Matka...wonderful fabric.

I made this for my Mom :)

**********************************************

I made this wonderful piece called *Tulip Garden*
from a pattern by The Goode Huswife...
I probably will frame it.

Ivonne, they both look beautiful and I love the way you added the date on the Love & be loved. I'll have to steal that idea when I stitch up mine :)

Thank you so much Nan :)
No problem...I didn't want to stitch the Angels but it looked so empty...I should have stitched them a little bit lower don't you think?

To tell you the truth, I think they are perfectly placed. I'm not real big on the angels either, so the date is a great solution.

Great stitching Ivonne! I have Tulip Garden in my stash but am going to order Love and be Loved right now!

Your stitch work is so beautiful, Ivonne! I admire your patience to sit and do so many tiny little stitches by hand. :)

Cheers!

So pretty Ivonne. There is something so comforting about sitting and doing hand stitcheries. I love all of your work.
