I found this butter churn in a small store here in Vienna, VA...Vienna is a beautiful town...gorgeous houses and the yards are all so well taking care of...I think I got a good price on it, I paid $52...woohoo :)

Hello Everybody :)

I hope you are enjoying Spring...we are having beautiful weather here in Virginia!

The reason for this post is to let you know that my is studio will be closed from the 1st - 31st of August I'm going to visit my Mom in Germany ( we didn't see each other for 2 years...way too long). Poor Kevin has to stay home :(((

I know, Halloween and Christmas sounds so far away...but if you would like to have your Halloween/Christmas banners (or any other banners) ready for the holidays, now would be a great time to place your order(s) because Halloween and Christmas is my busiest season and I want to make sure to complete all orders for my customers in time and losing the month of August don't leave me many weeks to make them! My Christmas banners make always great gifts and stocking stuffers for friends and loved one...or treat yourself with a new banner :)

*EASTER GREETINGS*

Today, Kevin and I visited Washington DC...it was a beautiful day! We wanted to walk around a little bit, we ended up walking 7.5 miles and I wear my clogs...I'm sooo super exhausted, I think I will sleep like a rock tonight :) I took the flower pictures at a food market...people were probably thinking I'm craaazy LOL oh and Abraham Lincoln...I will post more pictures when I have my energy back :)

THIS WEEK I VISITED THE LITTLE HISTORIC TOWN *OCCOQUAN* IT IS ABOUT 8 MILES FROM WHERE WE LIVE AND FOUND AN AWESOME STORE WITH ALL KIND OF PRIMITIVE GOODIES...I PURCHASED A WONDERFUL TABLE RUNNER HANDWOVEN IN PENNSYLVANIA, A RUSTIC BUNNY AND A TIN BUCKET (W/ OUT THE FLAGS)
