Banners are painted in antique white and I distressed the panels to give it an aged prim look! For the lettering I used a nice red.
I used antique blue ribbon and attached a rusty Liberty Bell on each side
I forgot to take a picture of the back...I attached a decorative paper to the back of each panel...I will attach a picture tomorrow.
