*10 Years ago...*

I can't believe that we are married for 10 years already...actually it is going to be 11 years in August...we got married in Court in Denmark 1999.
After 4 month of dating we got married...we knew we belong together :)

Here is a little story I want to share with you...now I can laugh over it :)

Our Wedding day, the 15th of July 2000, was a wonderful day...we drove our own vehicle to church...a red Wrangler Jeep decorated with a huge heart on the hood made out of boxwood and a big fluffy white tule ribbon on the back of the Jeep...we had to bring a stepstool because I couldn't get out of the Jeep with my long dress LOL

As most of you know I was born and raised in Germany...and our Wedding's are a little bit different from the Wedding's here in the US...Kevin and I were driving to Church...we came a little bit too late ha ha...Kevin asked me when I'm going put my vail over my face...I asked him WHAT??? Well he told me that is tradition...so I did to make him happy...as I got out of the vehicle my Mom said to me:*What is wrong with YOU?* Of course she ment my vail...so I explained the situation...well, our Priest didn't know that he is supposed to kiss me after we say our Wedding Vows...GREAT...I thought I have to leave church with the vail over my face...I almost cried...I said to Kevin I refuse to leave the church before he will kiss me...at the door he gave me the Wedding Kiss and we live happily ever after...ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
